Thank you for your interest in Southwest Power Pool. We are currently implementing improvements to the inquiry process within SPP. Those improvements include the use of a Request Management System (RMS) designed to expedite responses and resolutions. 

Please submit your inquiry by accessing the Request Management System at https://spprms.issuetrak.com. You will be asked to create a User Account within the RMS by selecting the “Register Now” link. Please use your email address as your User ID. Upon entering the system, you will be prompted to select a Security Question. Be sure to include your email in the email field even though you use it as your UserID, as this ensures you will receive email notifications of updates to your inquiry.
