Markets+ Resource Adequacy Task Force
The Markets+ Resource Adequacy Task Force (MRATF) is responsible for the development and oversight of policies and procedures to ensure inter-operability with the Western Resource Adequacy Program (WRAP) and Markets+ design. The MRATF will coordinate with the WRAP to propose changes to the SPP Markets+ design and other applicable governing documents needed to implement suggested market changes. The MRATF provides policy input to the Markets+ Seams Working Group (MSWG).
