Markets+ Rates Task Force
The Markets+ Rates Task Force (MRTF) is responsible for the development and oversight of Markets + Transmission Use (MTU) Rate determination, collection and distribution in Markets+. The MRTF proposes changes to the SPP Markets+ open access transmission tariff and other governing documents needed to implement the MTU. The MRTF provides policy input to the Markets+ Transmission Working Group (MTWG).
