The customer training department provides quality learning opportunities which enhance the knowledge and performance required of operations and support personnel for the reliable operation of the bulk electric system and to participate effectively in SPP's Integrated Marketplace.
Customer training collaborates with the Operations Training User Forum (OTUF) to develop relevant training for stakeholders. To learn more about the OTUF, click here.
