Congestion Management and Seams Task Force
The Congestion Management and Seams Task Force (“CMSTF”) will develop the congestion management processes and Reliability Coordinator coordination processes related to the reliable and secure operation of the Bulk Electric System within the Southwest Power Pool (“SPP”) Reliability Coordinator (“RC”) Area in the Western Interconnection in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Scope of Activities section of the group’s Charter.
