Project Cost Working Group
The Project Cost Working Group (PCWG) provides stakeholder input, oversight and accountability that allows for a transparent review of transmission project cost variances. The PCWG evaluates projects that exceed allowable variance levels and provides quarterly reports to stakeholders.
The PCWG is comprised of representatives from SPP’s membership and one non-voting member from the Cost Allocation Working Group. The PCWG scope in the governing documents folder provides more information about this group and its work.
